Legal terms governing your use of the mars4d platform
Welcome to mars4d. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "You", or "Your") and mars4d (the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the mars4d online betting platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

mars4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method; consult the Cashier page for current limits. Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within 2-5 minutes. mars4d does not charge fees for deposits, but Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted via the Cashier page. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000; larger withdrawals may be split into multiple transactions. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification before processing. Withdrawal processing times: 5 minutes to 24 hours for standard accounts, priority processing for VIP accounts. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. mars4d does not charge withdrawal fees, but Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 1x to 40x depending on the specific bonus. Only Real Money bets contribute to wagering requirements; bets placed with Bonus funds may contribute at reduced rates depending on game type (slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, excluded games 0%). Failure to complete wagering requirements within the bonus validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bet types include: 1X2 (match result), Over/Under goals/points, Asian Handicap, Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, First Goalscorer, Anytime Goalscorer, Half-Time/Full-Time, Live Betting (in-play bets during the event), and Parlay/Accumulator (combining multiple selections into one bet). All sports bets are settled based on official results published by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are void unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mars4d Platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it and close Your Account. In no event shall mars4d's total liability to You exceed the amount of funds in Your Account at the time the claim arose.

mars4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms or any applicable law; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; extended period of Account inactivity (12+ months); engagement in prohibited activities listed in Section 8; or abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
Upon Account termination, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to You via Your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus funds, pending bonuses, and unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited. You may voluntarily close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not relieve You of any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

You agree to waive Your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mars4d. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mars4d holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
mars4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. We will notify You of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If You do not agree to any changes, You must stop using the Platform and close Your Account.
